Summary

I love to work one on one with my employees, at times I managed over 200 associates, I like to find out their goals, and help them get there to where they want to be, even if it on a different team or in a different department within the company. I managed 6 different teams with different job responsibilities. I worked closely with the Project manager on ways to not only make Customer Care better but the company as a whole. On many occasions I would plan and execute our Customer Care week, or other moral building activities. I started the At Home chat programs and at times it has had 80 people working from home.
