Customer Care Engineer

Exceptional young IT professional with a degree in Information Systems Management from Belmont University. I am currently a Customer Care Engineer for Aspect Software in Brentwood, TN. I am always thinking, always learning, but most of all, always willing to learn more.

I have always relished in thinking about the towering stature of skyscrapers and the flawless execution of both design and implementation. At a young age, I realized that we, as human beings, are capable of prodigious feats. I am a dreamer with a passion for technology.

When I am not at work, I enjoy skateboarding, playing guitar, and working out.

I am an ALM (Advanced List Management) specialist. I am responsible for understanding our product inside and out. As we provide software to multi-million dollar corporations, it is vital for me to understand how our product works. When our product "breaks" or simply does not function as the customer wants it to, it is my job to troubleshoot and resolve the issue in a timely manner. I am expected to understand UNIX OS's, how to read and find problems in logged data, Understand clustered and standalone environments, understand disaster recovery, assist customers on the phone, create and take ownership of cases, meet SLA's, thoroughly document my findings and efforts within cases I solve.

Student

Responsible for assisting the technical staff with their everyday task. Task include installing and configuring new software, troubleshooting software and hardware, installing and configuring new HDD/SSD, testing HDD with Spinrite 6, dealing with UNIX based systems, and fixing/rewiring/crimping the heads on Cat 5 cables.

Responsible for continuously keeping the bartender’s well stocked with liquor and ice, cleaning and polishing glassware, lifting and changing out kegs, and knowing all the Tippler’s wine bottles and varietal’s of each.

As a sales associate at H&M I am responsible for customer service, straightening the store, back stocking clothing, and making sales to customers. As an H&M employee I am responsible to constantly follow their five demands: make eye contact, smile, wear my name tag, say hello, and always say thank you.

As a college ambassador for Southern Tide, I am responsible for marketing the Southern Tide brand in a creative and effective manner. I am responsible for putting on events and concerts that I believe professionally represent the Southern Tide brand.

As a logistics team member at Red Bull I am responsible for setting up and tearing down events that Red Bull sponsors. On top of setting up and tearing down events, I am made to clean the warehouse, keep inventory, and communicate efficiently and effectively with all other logistics team members.

As treasurer of Phi Delta Theta TN-Zeta, I was responsible for creating budgets, collecting dues, and creating payment plans for a seventy-five person chapter. As treasurer, I was required to learn on online program called Omegafi. Omegafi is online database that helped me manage and create budgets and billing cycles. Being Treasurer taught me the importance of integrating technology in the workplace.
