Account Coordinator

• Maintain secondary client interface with support staff with regard to program components such as awards and speaking opportunities under direction of team leader
• News release distribution via appropriate wire services
• General meeting scheduling/confirmation/agenda production
• Research and maintain daily competitive coverage updates and competitive matrixes
• Research awards opportunities for client, developing and maintaining an awards matrix for each client
• Research all potential speaking opportunities at events, trade shows and conferences, and develop/maintain a speaking/trade show matrix
• Assist in research for use in ongoing story development, preliminary news release drafts, etc.
