With 5 years of retail experience 3 of which i was in a management position I offer a great deal of leadership and motivating skills as well as a hard work ethic and attention to customer service and loss prevention.   I have had employees under me been promoted to a management position or equivalent to, after around 6 months of training under me.  My understanding of the operational side of a retail environment is great with my ability to read and understand the profit & loss numbers, and apply them to figuring how to utilize the payroll and scheduling as well as applying said numbers to move merchandise to improve sales on items that aren't performing well.
