Summary

Manage all of the company’s accounts receivables and process product orders. Calculate and organize daily/monthly/yearly sales using LAMBS (manufacturing & wholesale distribution software). Manage phone calls, faxes, mail, and expense reporting. Perform daily inventory stock check and annually organize inventory count of a few hundred styles. Make sure all orders are ready for shipment by keeping track of customer and company orders and coordinating delivery appointments accordingly. Perform sales both in the showroom and online through our website. Maintain online websites by updating new styles and taking down sold out styles.
