Intern

•	Supporting all three of the programs currently being run in Miami (Coach Across America, Americorps, and Operation Coach) with the coach orientation and onboarding process. 
•	Assisting with the collection of monitoring and evaluation data.
•	Recruit new sports based youth organizations to become Up2Us members. 
•	Set up and maintain local Instagram account. 
•	Visit sites across Miami, get to know coaches, programs and take photos. 
•	Working closely with program managers to assure smooth running of all programs.
•	Attending and helping out with events throughout the year. 
•	Contributing feedback, suggestions, and creative ideas for the ongoing growth of the program.

•	Implemented project plan to open office for UK branch of Swiss Asset Management Company. Main duties:
- Recruitment of operational staff, search and selection.
- Weekly reports to management with time lines and projected completions.
- Brand development and roll out.

Worked on the set up of this Sports Development company. 
 
- Worked on the website content and wrote press releases.
- Identified potential partners and researched funding routes.
- Wrote funding bids.

- Worked with the team of Senior Fundraising Managers in maintaining database records, tracking donations and thanking donors.
- Identified and researched funding opportunities across various mediums.
- Supported the preparation and editing of quarterly reports for corporate funders.

•	Part-time research internship for a start-up company working on an online platform for the UK non-profit industry.
•	Macro level research of the UK non-profit industry. 
•	Development of a questionnaire and business plan
