Business Change Director

Lead Business Analyst for developing business system requirements and coordinated user acceptance testing for project on West Coast claims system. 
Ensured all project timelines and deliverables were met to increase overall adjudication on claims systems with a 2 million in cost savings realized.  
Responded to production support for any issues on projects, worked with the business and IT analyst to assist in providing solutions for production fixes.
Developed great professional working relationships with various business, and IT and programming areas within systems.

Corporate Training Lead:
Responsible for leading training team, scheduling of classes, providing feedback on performance and assisting in training classes as needed.  
Led, motivated, and assisted training team members through completion of multiple projects.
