I am a professional business manager with 5 years of managing restaurants successfully, I have experience in marketing and brand promotion, as well as researching business competition and designing strategies to promote my restaurant sales, business development, and identifying and adjusting target customers. I have a strong background in financials, budgets and reviewing monthly P&L's. I have 3 years of intensive employee training and development where I designed and authored a manual for a company to use for all future training purposes. As well as a business manager, I have over 8 years in varying areas of outdoor accomplishments. I have spent 8 months alpine climbing throughout the western US, planned an unsupported mountain bike trip from Canada to Mexico and organized a 7 day overnight back country kayak trip through the Bob Marshall Wilderness. All of these endeavors require an in depth knowledge on outdoor gear to adequately prepare.
