Web and Program Developer

Energetic, creative and goal driven marketing and management graduate with academic and work experience in digital marketing, management, and information technologies.

•  Developed, updated and maintained a program in the Visual Basic language that increased efficiency in the process of delivering high performance engine diagnostic data to customers in formats that are easy to read and understand.

•  Developed new website by hand and applied current SEO principles to both copyright and code. Then developed different website using a WordPress competitor (suggestion of client), and again used current SEO principles.

•  Educated the owner on all aspects of VBA code, web development and SEO.

•	Researched and ghost-wrote blog content for Zoot’s industry thought leaders. 

•	ZootBlog named in the “Top 20 Blogs for Financial Marketing” by the Financial Brand and in Ron Shevlin’s “Top 4 FinTech Blogs.” (Senior Analyst at Aite Group and active blogger)

•	Actively pursued link-building strategies for ZootBlog and the Northern Hotel in Billings.

•	Keyword creation, tracking, and optimization for content both on our website/blog as well as material posted elsewhere. Also for Zoot’s other businesses, including the Northern Hotel, HeliProz and LA Pro.

•	Worked with team to research and create marketing materials (tradeshow booths and mailings, Zoot Europe website)

•	Script writing/ editing for video.

•	Restarted Zoot Recycling Program after 4-year hiatus. Maintained entire program by myself including internal marketing.

•	Oversaw link evaluation effort including manually removing links and also disavowing with Google Webmaster Tools

•	Drew actionable insights from Google Analytics, Google Webmaster Tools and Moz

•	Actively researched and kept up-to-date on SEO concepts.

Marketing Intern

•  Website maintenance and content development 

•  Create and publish public service announcements and press releases across all mediums of media.

•  Restructuring and redesigning sponsor/ donator tiers for programs and events

•  Oversaw maintenance of Woodbrook Condominium Association common areas, along with work at many other condominium associations around Bozeman. Responsibilities include: Mowing lawns, installation, removal and trimming of shrubs and trees, sodding, sprinkler maintenance.

•  Trained two new employees. Oversaw timelines and delegation of tasks. 

•  Worked extensively with the public, including responding to and resolving client concerns and complaints. 

•  Doubled overall efficiency by cutting labor force from 4 employees to 2, while taking on even more tasks.
