Lori Anderson

At Legend Homes, I processed payables for multiple companies, set up job cost codes and GL accounts using Timberline. I processed payroll for hourly/salary employees using ADP. Budget variance reports were analyzed with each check run. I paid commissions to real estate agents and managed corresponding reports. I updated and managed all Pending Sales Reports and Production Schedules weekly for distribution to all managers, contractors, real estate agents and escrow officers. I also was in charge of managing the Marketing department budgets and preparation of monthly financial statements. As the Closing Coordinator, my job was to maintain good customer relations with our homebuyers and manage the timely closings of their homes. This took a great deal of professionalism and customer service skills as I communicated daily with a wide range of people from co-workers, contractors, real estate agents, mortgage companies, escrow officers as well as the homebuyers themselves. At Genesis Home Technologies I was the office manager who did all the bookkeeping using QuickBooks including payables, receivables, credit and collection calls, I processed payroll for hourly/salary employees using Great Northern, managed benefits and new hire paperwork. I managed bank, credit card and GL account reconciliations, prepare and document month end journal entries as well as assisted the CFO with preparation of month-end financial statements and closing. My accounts receivable position at Northwest Textbook consisted of heavy collections, daily high dollar bank deposits, processing monthly invoices and month end statements as well as bank reconciliation of customer credit card payments. All of this experience combined gives me a very good understanding of what your position may entail.
