Focus on Wooden Donation Sales/Marketing for UCLA Basketball and Football.

Ticket Operations
•	Manage seat inventory and price control systems both internally and externally of the organization
•	Assist with the development of financial audits and key reporting functions
•	Track and correspond with clients on payment and deposit plans
•	Oversee box office duties and event and game dates
•	Update, maintain and operate the teams ticketing platform and inventory system
•	Assist with the integration of new packages and programs into the team sales platform
•	Train new hires on Archtics / answer any Archtics questions
•	Key liaison with building box office personal, key vendors and partners like AXS and Ticketmaster
•	Additional responsibilities as assigned
Service and Retention
•	Create planning procedures and programs to manage the fulfillment process with mini plan and season seat holders
•	Establish and control service procedures internally and externally
•	Handle key service issues as they arise 
•	Establish and manage key retention programs aimed at renewing and upwelling existing clients

Ticket Operations & Service Retention Coordinator

Inside Sales / Brand Ambassador -Event manager				 
•	Consumer Relations
•	Event logistics including coordination and execution of prize giveaways, raffles and other activities.
•	Driving Chivas USA promotional vehicles to events, set-up and tear down of event.
•	Understanding the Chivas USA culture and fan base.
•	Onsite ticket sales
•	In-Stadium promotions
•	On-going team marketing campaigns
•	Recapping of events
•	Make 100 calls and bring in revenue of $4,000 a month
