I am an expert snowboarder / advanced skier with over 8 years of retail sales and rental shop experience at premier progressive snowboard and ski shop. My focus includes selling hard and soft goods, assisting with set-up and tunings, and supervising and training sales staff. I am seeking a challenging position in the snow sports industry where my supervisory skills and experience can be used to build relationships, elevate customer satisfaction and exceed company goals.

Responsible for coordinating with outside sales and operations teams to set meetings with hospital executives through cold calling and lead generation. Also assist in closing hospital partners, developing customer relationships, and aiding in overall customer support.

•Hold two company records; one for most meetings set in a week (13), and one for most meetings set in one day (5). 
•Initiated contact and set a total of 140 first meetings with hospital executives, including 14 hospitals now live using the system.
•Proficient in using SalesForce CRM for day-to-day sales functions, as well as troubleshooting, managing, and running reports through the system.  
•Developed dense technical knowledge regarding hospital EHR systems, IT requirements, tech specs on the implementation of the SafeChx system. 
•Use multiple sources for lead generation, for example: LinkedIn, Data.com, Billian’s, HIMSS, cold call, cold e-mail, and web sources.
•Extensive knowledge in the areas of new business development, start-up companies, and Venture Capital funding.
•Responsible for making a high volume of calls (100+ calls/day).
•Exhibit exceptional leadership abilities by leading weekly Inside Sales Performance Review E-mails sent to all team members. Duties include compiling KPI’s and reviewing overall team performance. 
•Responsible for supervising and training all new Inside Sales employees (6 total). Lead weekly training meetings, which included giving positive feedback/suggestions for improvement to team members.
•Event coordinator of the HIMSS ’15 and NAHAM annual conferences in Chicago, IL and Indianapolis, IN. Was responsible for scheduling, booth design/management, lead generation, etc.

Responsible for sales of high-end ski and snowboard equipment, outerwear and ski accessories.  Sales process includes probing of needs using active listening skills and technical understanding.  Provide recommendations through product knowledge of multiple brands and options resulting in custom packages that include boot fittings, installing equipment, and bundling of accessory products.

•Worked part-time (~20 hours/week) while enrolled as a full-time student. Post-graduation, work only on weekends while holding a full-time job (50+ hrs/week).
•Independently generated over $500,000 in revenue over 6 seasons (October – March) while in a part time position.
•Ranked # 1 in units per sale, 5 out of 12 months while in a part time position (out of 15 employees).
•Responsible for product and sales training of all new employees (2012-2014) through live demonstrations and use of self-developed training modules and sales tools. 
•Collaborate with manufacture representatives to increase product knowledge and meet mutual sales goals.
•Supervise up to 8 employees at one time and had to oversee rental shop operations and product sales. 
•Certifications: Marker USA Certified Technician, Rossignol Group Certified Technician, Salomon US Certified Technician.

Sales Representative

•Assisted in sales/product demos of 2016 ski equipment (skis, bindings, boots) during the 2015 Midwest Test Fest held at Boyne Mountain, Michigan. 
•Was solely responsible for product demos, on-site sales, and company representation at the 2015 Demo Day held at Mad River Mountain (Bellefontaine, OH).
