- Communicate to customers: upcoming events, new products, gifts, while encouraging product refills (to loyal customers)
- Developing an elite customer base through building relationships—Always making the customer feel and look beautiful
- Recruit new clients through a pleasant approach and welcome them back to the Estee Lauder counter
- Leverage product knowledge to reach & exceed sales goals 
- Pre-selling products before they launch on the shelves to drive sales and meet goals 
- Sit customers down in the chair for a consultation, allow the customers to choose a 3-minute Beauty technique to further educate them on Estee Lauder applications and systems, along with linking more products.  Explain and demonstrate cosmetics through makeup & skincare application. 
- Make regular announcements on the department store intercom to make shoppers aware of our current promotions, gift sets and sales
