Kaenon was recently purchased by the owners of Olukai Footwear. Troy has been tasked with re-setting the brand. Troy has rebuilt the product platform, the Go To Market Strategy and had realigned the wholesale sales org. 

Troy drives all aspects of the omin-channel approach as well as the Brand ID and Marketing strategy. Troy has been able to leverage his deep relationships in the North American Specialty lifestyle channel to reset the brand.... 

Troy manages an in-house team of 9 and 29 North American Sales Reps plus a number of Intl Distributor partnerships. Troy is also the lead in the brand's approach to DTC and Amazon channel strategies.
