Responsible for general day to day operations at Rhythm Interactive, an Integrated Digital Marketing Agency specializing in CMS driven website development and technology based digital marketing solutions. As Director of Operations I oversaw and managed production staff, screened and hired new team members, assessed and forecasted production capacity, oversaw invoicing/billing, updated and/or implemented new production and operational processes, clarified roles and responsibilities, monitored and measured performance and evaluated results. As direct supervisor to the Office Manager, Human Resources Manger and Project Management Team, I oversaw creatives, developers and project managers to produce Integrated Digital Marketing solutions such as fully responsive and mobile optimized websites, microsites, display ads, email marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, iOS and Android apps, online/offline apps, videos, and other branded products including traditional media such as brochures, annual reports and other print materials. My ultimate goal was to exceed client expectations while maximizing project profitability. My position required constant communication and coordination with clients as well as the company’s core management team including CEO, President, Chief Creative Officer, Director of Strategy, Director of Account Services, Director of Technology and Director of Search to make strategic decisions critical to the success of the company.

Director of Operations

Relocated to the company’s Austin office to oversee the operations of the Central and West region's  in-house agency (Mediagroup) locations including Austin, Houston, Denver, Las Vegas, and Sacramento. Streamlined operations to improve and expand service offerings and productivity, increasing work capacity and client satisfaction. Planned and implemented new graphics and multimedia equipment and technologies in order to better serve the needs of the company and our clients. Produced collateral and presentations materials winning key pursuits which helped the company add millions to its bottom line and contribute to growth. Played key role in developing and deploying branding campaigns for company materials including ads, brochures, reports, displays, presentations, conventions, trade shows, web sites and videos.

Sr. Creative Services Manager

Established new in-house agency (Mediagroup) operations in the west region headquarters of PBS&J; Developed action plan and budget requirements which were successfully implemented to create and operate PBS&J's media hub in Nevada. Oversaw the installation and set-up of equipment and systems critical to begin department operations. Built and led a team of creative professionals instrumental in the development and growth of PBS&J's presence and market exposure in Nevada, Arizona, California and other west region states. Created and nurtured relationships with local PBS&J management, vendors and clients. Played key role in developing and deploying branding campaigns for company materials including ads, brochures, reports, displays, presentations, conventions, trade shows, web sites and videos. Worked in conjunction with applications development department as Committee Chairman to develop and deploy the company's first Digital Asset Management System (DAM).

Manager of Media Production

Responsible for maintaining, upgrading and purchasing all graphics and multimedia systems and equipment for the in-house agency (Mediagroup) of PBS&J in Miami, FL. Involved in managing the network infrastructure, email services for Macs, file back-ups and retrieval. Coordinated activities, and procedures with the corporate Information Technology department to maintain compatibility and efficiency between different computer systems. Met with upper management on a regular basis to advice and instruct them on new technology trends and future needs of the department and the company. Created and implemented a set of standard processes and guidelines for the creation and production of graphics and multimedia projects.

Graphic Systems Coordinator

Oversaw multimedia production team involved in the creation of interactive CD-Rom's and web sites. Instructed team members during photo, video shoots and footage clean-up. Involved in testing and utilizing new hardware and software technologies including 360 degree panoramic cameras, digital photography and video, Quicktime VR, Surround Video and Object Movies. Provided advice and guidance to owners on Mac hardware, software and graphic systems. Created multiple interactive CD-Rom's and Web-CD's for the luxury yacht and million dollar home market.

Executive Producer

Established new Desktop Publishing Department when owners decided to open up east coast facility in Florida. Coordinated projects between graphic designers and clients from initial concept to final production. Purchased, utilized and maintained all desktop publishing equipment including computer systems, scanners, and imagesetters.
