My recent background has been in the copier/printer industry.  I spent four years at Katun Corporation which is a supplier of aftermarket copier/printer toner parts and supplies.  I managed a group of ten Inside Sales Reps selling to over 4,000 re-sellers across the US.  Additionally, I spoke to customers on a daily basis and did field travel with Outside Reps monthly.  At Xerox, I managed a $50M territory across a five state area.  My team consisted of 19 Sales Agency Owners with 140 Sales Reps. Managing the Agencies to their contract along with assisting with business development was my primary responsibility.

•	Manage team of 10 inside B2B sales reps to an $18M budget.  Team consists of 4 reps who travel one week out of the month and 6 who are solely inside sales.
•	Field travel monthly with Regional Sales Reps.
•	Monitor performance of inbound and outbound sales activities for team – CRM, telephone.
•	Develop sales strategies to assist reps in achieving quota.
•	Assist reps in preparing sales presentations to ensure proper pricing and product margins maintained.  Implemented several processes to reduce one-off product and freight price adjustments.
•	Tactically assist reps as necessary regarding customer/product problem resolutions.
•	Work with Product Development Department on monthly product forecasting.
•	Identify and hire new sales representatives utilizing social media and recruiters.  Interview and write employment offers to candidates.
•	Attend professional and college recruiting events.
•	Train new sales representative through individual training programs based on individual sales experience and product knowledge.

Inside Sales Manager

•	Worked with clients (c-level) on sourcing needs.  Obtained defined job orders including job descriptions, skill requirements, and cultural fit to understand needs and the profile of a successful candidate.
•	Partner with hiring managers and Human Resources Generalists to assess long term and short term staffing goals and assist in implementation of innovative staffing strategies.
•	Sourced for candidates, conducted interviews, and forwarded to clients.
•	Provide proactive and timely communications to hiring managers and candidates.
•	Directed hiring process from first point of contact to offer acceptance.
•	Worked closely with applicants on interviewing skills and resume organization.
•	Utilized directories, contact lists, databases, newspapers, college, internet sources, social and professional networking groups, social media, etc.
•	Followed up with both employer and applicant after 30 day period to ensure placement was a good fit.

Recruiter

•	Responsible for $50M sales territory broken into 26 Sales Agencies with 19 Agent Owners and 140 Sales Reps.
•	Worked with Owners to ensure they met or exceeded their revenue targets by focusing on healthy product mix and a strong management process.   (Achieved President’s Club each year)
•	Set up product launches, demoramas, blitz days, lunch and learns and workshops to assist agencies in attaining double-digit growth.   (Attained 11% growth)
•	Worked closely with Owners to retain market share.
•	Managed Agency Owners to their contract.  Terminate existing and source for replacement agencies.  Make sure Agency complied with staffing requirements.
•	Make sure Owners are maximizing revenue potential through Corporate Contest opportunities.  (Always had 95%-98% participation)
•	Worked closely with Owners to ensure Agency goals aligned with corporate goals.
