I just graduated this last month from UCLA and have begun my search for full-time employment. As I look for jobs, I keep in mind that I want to work for a company that believes in a “work hard, play hard” mentality - a place that will really challenge me to develop better business acumen.

Northern Lights Cafe is a coffeehouse managed by the University of California, Los Angeles. Responsibilities included supervising customer care and response, delegating daily/weekly operational tasks to customer service representatives, and recording sales transactions, wastes and inventory.

Supervisor

Provided standard revenue and performance reporting/analysis and business reviews in order to identify selling opportunities at specific accounts and territories. Maintained Cognos and Siebel systems infrastructure and ad hoc analysis for sales management and field teams.Worked closely with the Regional Sales Managers to assist in driving team plans and objectives at the territory level with each Account Manager. Partnered with sales division, regional marketing, and business unit leaders in developing customer specific sales strategies and tactics as part of the Business Plan process. Drove the integration process through territory mapping and alignment, using the GIS software system Tactician One.

Sales Analyst Intern

Marketed "Beaches of San Diego" guidebooks as closing gifts for real estate agents to give clients after purchase of property. Presented product at weekly real estate meetings. Designed personalized real estate templates using Adobe Photoshop. Generated $3000 in total net sales over 4 month period.

Director of Sales

Facilitated weekly fraternal business meetings. Communicated University of California standards as an Inter-Fraternal liaison. Intermediated information between the National Executive Council and Active Board. Oversaw completion of Executive Board responsibilities.

President

Raised gross monthly income by $3700 through housing of six new renters. Marketed available sublets through newspapers and social media outlets. Drafted and filed renter contracts. Directed extensive remodeling of property substructure.
