Most recently, I was involved in generating £22 million ($35.9 million) for military service charities in the United Kingdom as the Tech Lead for a website and eCommerce system selling nearly 1 million ceramic remembrance poppies installed in the moat of the Tower of London as part of the UK’s WWI centenary. I have over 10 years experience in small to mid-size business administration, marketing and operations including skills in eCommerce, project and account management, and liaising across all stakeholder levels: executives, staff, peers, and technical developers. I have expert-level knowledge with most IT software and devices, including Apple & Microsoft OS and connected devices, cloud-based SaaS systems (AWS, Google Apps, Dropbox, HootSuite, MailChimp, Zendesk, Joomla! & WordPress CMSes, multiple CRMs, etc.), and most networking systems as well as a keen and quick learning curve. I am skilled with HTML, XML, CSS, Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Server & IIS, Magento Enterprise & Community eCommerce Platforms, PayPal & payment gateway providers, and all social network platforms.
