Created the video production department of The SPARK Programs, an organization that creates physical education curriculums to help fight childhood obesity. Determined the need for and purchased $30,000 worth of equipment to set up department, including cameras, sound, lighting, and digital post-production hardware and software. Filmed over 500 short films for website and training. Scheduled, organized and facilitated every aspect of dozens of film shoots both on location and in studio. Created a green screen studio in-house for “talking head” videos. Was responsible for every aspect of video creation: concept, script, scheduling, budgeting, organization of cast, crew and locations, lighting, camera, shooting, digitizing, post-production editing, creation of all graphics and photography, sound, output in various formats, uploading to website and creation of DVDs.
