Department manager (sales lead)

I am qualified for this position because I have worked in retail/customer service: juniors, women’s, and children’s departments; at Yves Delorme when I was the store manager (I was able to maintain the stores current customers while adding new customers to our data base). I put on events that brought in designers and others who could use our products.

Hired, trained employees; did payroll and other day to day operations.
Out of twenty stores we were number seven, making over the store budget the Month of March by 7.4% and April by 48%. 
Provided outstanding customer service; having many of the same customers come back to buy from us.

Implemented a training course for new recruits there by making them better sales people.
Increase the store sales by 30 %, wining contests as one of the top stores for that month.
