Wholesale Account Manager/Office Administrator/Accounting Assistant

•	First point of contact with public in the resolution of day-to-day Customer Service, requiring a range of skills and knowledge of organizational policies and procedures. 
•	Intermediate knowledge of QuickBooks.
•	Responsible for daily Account Customer Service, and Retail Customer Service.
•	Responsible for Accounts Payable and  Accounts Receivable.
•	Develop and maintain extensive correspondence database in Microsoft Excel. Advanced-intermediate excel knowledge. 
•	Create, maintain and update financial, property and operational files, databases, records, and other master documents.
•	Generate, prepare and ensure timely responses to a variety of routine email, phone and written correspondence inquiries.
•	Process all returns for wholesale and online retail customers.
•	Monitor and collect on outstanding invoices.
•	Send out monthly statements to all Net 30 + customers.
•	Monitor and manage wholesale credits when applicable.
•	Process deposits
•	Monitor Sales Fulfillment worksheet and process orders as requested by ship date and as inventory is available.
•	Work with a third party warehouse to ensure good internal and external customer service.
•	Work with third party warehouse to ensure shipments are sent out accurately and in a timely manner. 
•	Work with third party warehouse to ensure accurate inventory records for all incoming Manufacture shipments
•	Manage the global calendar as directed by upper management.
•	Field HR question and HR duties as needed, 
•	Manage all office supply and Uline needs, parking passes and FedEx and UPS claims
•	Retail assistance in store front when needed
