•	Management of 15,000 SKU’s and inventory in excess of $2MM including eyewear, fitness apparel, and licensed apparel categories
•	Meet sales, margin and open to buy goals – increased eyewear sales 120% and ladies apparel sales 30%
•	Negotiated opportunity buys with key eyewear vendor making category leader in 2014 holiday campaign
•	Sold and promoted catalog co-op, increased ladies presence in catalog and increased co-op fund $20,000
•	Develop and source special make up lines for 2 ladies brands including basics program

•	Managed ordering and visual merchandising for 3 brick and mortar locations and online presence, inventory in excess of $500,000
•	Created and implementated of open to buy plan that reduced aged inventory by $100,000 in off-season months while maintaining targeted sales and margin goals

•	Developed and sourced special make up products for flagship location that increased brand awareness and added value priced apparel line 
•	Distributed weekly email blasts to 3,000 subscribers and managed in-store sales campaigns for all softgoods categories
