New Business Development/Outside Sales

•	Responsible for the start-up and facilitation of the company “big box” HVAC retail program starting in April 2012 generating over $2 million in sales within the first year
Build and expand relationships with store management teams and corporate liaisons
•	Hiring and on-going training and educating new and existing Lead Generators consisting of hands on training at their current assigned stores
•	Conduct program knowledge to “big box” retail associates to help drive knowledge and education of our programs.
•	Initiate/drive the placement of permanent, working displays within stores to drive knowledge and enthusiasm of the HVAC program provided by the stores.
•	Work with local and corporate teams to resolve customer complaints and/or issues
•	Create/distribute weekly employee schedules to fulfill staffing/event needs
•	Create/produce training materials/new hire packages
•	Prepare bi-weekly payroll and commission reports for Lead Generators
•	Assist with newspaper, direct mail campaigns, social media campaigns
•	Coordinate production and distribution of annual Holiday/Thank you gift cards for approx. 27,000 customers
•	Facilitate company monthly meetings - including booking facility, catering and preparing monthly PowerPoint presentation
•	Coordinate LA County Fair participation from application process, concept, materials and staffing for our 3 companies (One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Mister Sparky Electric)
