TEAM MANAGEMENT • Hold the team to the principles of agile development • Ensure that team meetings (stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives) are being held and are effective. • Ensure that product requirements criteria are clearly defined, understood, and implemented successfully. • Synthesize information into concise, action items – helping to collect and write software specifications, user stories, user cases etc.
