In charge of customer experience and brand development for Motorcycle Closeouts, a leader in motorcycle safety apparel, clothing and accessories at discount prices. My goal was to provide the same exceptional level of service to our customers across all B2C interaction channels: retail walk-in, phone, email and social media.

--Retail Store Management: Direct inventory control, staff training, procedures and overall operations to provide customers with a unique and satisfying shopping experience every time they visit.
