In charge of inside sewing cutting facility for a couture designer specializing in ball gowns catering to celebrities .duties included projections of fabrics trims beadings writing cutting tickets making sure all bill of materials where in house before issuing coordinating that beading and special send outs where in house such as patterns /grading belts pleating coordination of cutting included that that cutters would make markers correct and that correct fusing where used and other linings such as sheer  shape acetate habotai  and  that it was laid out to cut correctly on prints and special fabrics such as silks one way bridal satins chiffons .other task included feeding the sewers cut pcs such as draped gowns  to the correct sewers for a quality gown. interfacing with stores when need on special orders …also sending out work to outside sewing other task included the purchasing of all items and writing all orders recruiting personal In times of need setting up before fashion shows coordinating transportation would take a couple of the sample sewers for last minute adjustments sewing machine steamers etc..

Tracking of containers arriving from the orient with finished garments to meet on time deliveries. Placed sewing and cutting in Mexico and domestic. Traveled to Mexico when having serious production or quality problems (solved problems). Worked with trim department fabric warehouse personally coordinating all production activity cutting services bias embroideries screen-printing etc. Scheduled Mexican sewing contractors to pick up goods (to accomplish timely delivery). Worked with brokers and with fabric arriving straight to Mexico from the orient and contracted Mexican trucking. When in need made commercial invoices for trims and in bond fabric leaving the country, and valued letters for finished goods. Wrote up all contracts for contractors, Mexico and domestic production.
