Director of Marketing

I’m a multi-faceted marketing & architectural strategist/designer. In the little over 5+ years I have been working with small business and corporate (B2C/B2B) accounts, I have developed an eclectic work experience in brand development, digital marketing consulting, social media management, and creating graphics for digital ads. 

If that isn't enough, for the past 10 years, I have also been desiginging for fashion apparel, event producing, and talent buying for San Diego based events.

In striving to deliver the highest of work-efficiency to all of my clientele, it has granted me the ability to create successful business relationships in multiple industries as well as maintaining an expectation of consistency for my future clients!

- Oversees/Manages all social media outlets. 

- Analyzes current fashion & music trends and projects strategies on how to implement them within our existing methodolgies. 

- Creates articles/editorials for our website.
 
- Since joining the team, we have seen a increase of around 200% in followers on our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) and a 125% increase in trafficking within our website.

- Developed business relationships w/: Diplo's - MAD DECENT label, Def Jam records, Take 2 Entertainment productions, White Rabbit Group productions, Somewhere Loud Entertainment, Sharkeez (Manhattan Beach), Late Night Laggers productions, and LED.

EDM artists we sponsor: Dj Sliink, Fight Club, ETC! ETC!, GLadiator, Zoo Funktion, Dirty Audio, Dell Harris, Dj R3ll, and Gent & Jawns.

I came on board to setup an in-house marketing company to handle both print and digital needs for Keller William's agents/teams.  In the short time since joining the KW family at the Carmel Valley / Del Mar branch, I have setup 15+ accounts handling: Web Design, Graphic Design, Branding, SMM, and print work for Listing Brohcures & Flyers.  During the development of KW CVSolutions, we have just implemented the use of Matterport, 3D scanning, services for our clients.  With the introduction of Matterport, we have seen an increase of 217% in sales!

Executive Assistant to COO, David Wayne Fish; helping/handling contracts, coordinating with partners on upcoming meetings across the nation, updating spreadsheets, consulting on current digital marketing & on his new start-up company (Urban Pharms LLC in the works).

- Co-Founded one San Diego's premiere 18+ EDM venues.

- Designed and helped manage the retrofit of the existing 10,000 sf. wherehouse into a new EDM venue.  

- Worked with managers and our CEO on event productions, social media marketing, interactive marketing implementation on SM outlets, event production, talent buying, and weekly staff meetings.

- Designed event fliers for upcoming shows. Adjusted designs according to social media outelts.

- Analyzed weekly event turn-outs versus our "marketing out-reach" to project attendance for future shows.
