Served as the main point of contact for store managers and department heads for 8 Home Depot stores in Hawaii and Guam. In charge of managing an office of five employees as well as giving directives to dock workers when necessary. Coordinated with on island freight transportation companies for pick ups and deliveries between stores on different islands. Served as main point of contact for ETAs, special delivery options, air freight requests, inter island moves, residential and installer deliveries, expedited shipments, etc. Created and managed daily inbound receiving schedule with 55 to 70 live unloads per day. Entered bill of ladings with all freight specifics into AS400 system daily to prepare freight for the evening outbound crew.

Customer Support Supervisor

Auditted freight loader paperwork upon completion of each container. Prepared hazardous declarations when necessary to declare to the shipping companies at port. Created booking numbers for each voyage and vessel and assigned containers accordingly to reach their proper destination. Kept logs of empty containers on site. Dispatched full containers upon completion and assigned empty containers to be brought back to the facility. Ensured the appropriate amount of empties were routed back for our use the following day.

Lead Outbound Load Clerk/ Dispatch

Served as main point of contact for in store product dealers as well as over 50 online distributors. Assisted dealers with product questions and warranty issues. Issued Return Authorization numbers, inspected returned products, and issued credit memos to distributors and handled damage claims to FedEx and UPS. Assisted accounting department with credit issues, retrieving past purchase orders and unpaid invoices.

Returns Dept Manager/ Customer Service

Service order preparation for Warner Bros. account in a marketing fulfillment warehouse. Communicating with clients, giving estimated completion times. Translating emailed orders into a shared online inventory and fulfillment system. Creating new orders and delegating tasks to other employees to ensure orders are completed in a timely manner. Receiving new products and inputting detailed descriptions, photographs and item quantities into online system.
