•	Founded this non-profit organization to provide a platform for male soccer athletes between the ages of 18 – 28,
to continue to play soccer at a highly competitive level
•	Currently manage the club budget, fund raising and community relations
•	Assistant Coach and responsible for game day operations: managing equipment, uniforms and game strategy

Reported directly to the CEO of We Are Camp. Responsible for managing 5 year round and 150 seasonal employees: in charge of up to 1,300 participants and over 300 professional athletes during the summer months: accountable for $4MM annual operating budget. Held this position while simultaneously excelling in the role as President of Windells Academy

•	Director of Operations & Sales for the year-round snowboard, ski, skateboard and bmx camps
•	Business Manager - Accountable for all financial matters including budgets, AP/AR, expense tracking, revenue forecasting, new employee paperwork and payroll processing
•	Facilities Manager - Responsible for the care and maintenance of the Windells 53 acre campus, indoor and outdoor skate facilities, and 15 residential dormitories 
•	Talent Recruitment and Management – 15 direct reports and 135 indirect reports
•	Product Line Management – Directed the design, production and retail merchandising of all apparel and branded goods
•	Retail Store Management – Oversaw the Summer Camp and e-commerce stores: responsible for hiring, training and coaching retail staff; purchase of non-Windells products; merchandised camp store; established daily/wekly/monthly sales goals; managed inventory of all goods; established budget and managed the AP/AR and P&L.
•	Director of Marketing – Managed marketing and creative team, established project calendar, lead creative concept, benchmarked progress and budget throughout the 12 month campaign cycle
•	Director of the Media Team – Supervised 5 filmers and 3 photographers and produced all video and photo assets 
•	Director of Events and Tradeshows – Oversaw all on-campus events and attend annual industry trade shows and events
•	Vendor/Sponsor Management – Established new vendor/sponsor relationships, nurtured existing relationships, negotiated contracts, produced exclusive colab soft good products with influential companies like Nike, Neff and Dakine
•	Print and Digital Media Management – Directed the concept, design and production of all print and digital media assets
•	Ad Buy and Distribution Management – Determined strategy and negotiate with endemic and non-endemic media sources
