Senior Project Manager

•	Started and currently manage GCG’s newest business line, Mass Tort Services.  Responsibilities include:
o	Hiring, coaching, evaluating, and mentoring team members.
o	Oversight of daily operations of over 20 highly skilled attorneys.
o	Negotiating short-term and long-term contracts with 3rd party vendors.
o	Handling RFPs (Requests for Proposal) for new business.
o	Budgeting and billing review related to services rendered for clients.
o	Communicating daily with current clients regarding general comments, concerns, and items of interest.
o	Creating and executing training programs tailored specifically to ongoing project requirements, such as drug and device background information, quality assurance benchmarks, and client expectations.
•	Communicating and collaborating daily with GCG’s Senior Executives, providing project status updates, profitability forecasting, and upcoming business initiatives.
•	Actively manage high-profile Class Action Settlements including Red Bull and Ghirardelli Chocolates.

•	Relocated from New York specifically to manage Data Entry Operations of the Deepwater Horizon Economic Settlement which resulted from the 2010 BP Oil Spill.  Responsibilities included:
o	Oversaw the daily operations of over 200 data entry processors and 12 supervisors.
o	Created and executed training programs tailored specifically to Settlement Program requirements, such as claim processing procedures, documentation review, and quality assurance benchmarks.
o	Coached employees daily on best practices and necessary quality improvements.
o	Collaborated with Human Resources regarding team member interpersonal and performance issues.
o	Engaged in public relations by communicating and answering questions presented by local reporters.
o	Interacted with the Special Master’s Office addressing questions, as well as providing onsite tours.
o	Communicated with GCG’s Senior Executive team regularly regarding obstacles, and team performance.

•	Entrepreneurial drive turned a hobby into a profitable business venture working with nonprofit organizations.
•	Submitted RFPs (Requests for Proposal) for new business.
•	Leveraged CRM tools to organize, automate, and synchronize sales, marketing, and customer service.
•	Developed primary marketing campaigns including online initiatives.
•	Designed B2B product portfolio, brand book, and website including user experience and copywriting.
•	Designer of products, including materials sourcing and manufacturing.
•	Lead for commercial account sales and relationship management.
•	Managed production relationships and negotiations.
