Worked with middle-school native English-language speakers to develop grammar, spelling, creative writing, and public speaking skills. I also held one-on-one classes for students struggling in their studies, allowing them extra practice in grammar, spelling, or critical thinking skills.

I worked with undergraduate students in small groups to process class information and practically apply it. I was responsible for conducting research for professors who needed articles or studies to add in during classroom lectures. I taught material to students in a small group setting, to augment the teaching professors' lectures. I was also responsible for grading undergraduate student papers, tests, and journals.

Worked as a liason between prospective students interested in attending the University and the Admissions Counselors assigned to them. I was responsible for calling prospective students, high-schools, or college-search groups to schedule tours, set up meetings with the Admissions Counselors, and give tours of the University when these groups were on campus. I was also responsible for training tour guides and organizing programs for prospective student visit weekends. I also managed and supervised other Student Ambassadors when they spent time calling prospective students, to provide guidance and advice, or to keep employees on track to meet goals.
