Accounting Manager - Payables

Administrative access for all Treasury functions. Initiate and submit all wire transfers and ACH payments

Administration of company debit and credit cards.

Administration of credit card merchant accounts.

Preparation of 1099 forms for all legal entities.

Oversee Purchase Request process. 

Work with vendors and department heads to resolve payables issues.

Prepare reports on project spending and operating cash levels for senior management.

General ledger account reconciliation, accruals and journal entries

Responsible for all accounting, payroll and preparation of financial statements.
 
Responsible for day to day business operations including staff supervision, purchasing, coordinating service and  maintenance of office equipment.
  
Administration of Escrow Account including disbursement of funds from real estate purchases and refinance loans.
 
Build and maintain relationships with vendors and clients.

Advise president of financial issues and implement solutions

Computation and payment of commission for inside and outside sales reps.
