Sales professional with 12+ years of outdoor, action and snowsports experience.  Has a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building and strengthening relationships with retailers.  Highly skilled in managing large, multi-line companies as well as developing new business for smaller, startup brands.  A great negotiator who puts his accounts' needs before his own and finds creative ways to solve problems.  

As Vuber's Regional Sales Manager I was tasked with developing and implementing a new sales and marketing strategy to continue their growth in the region.  I consolidated a sales force and successfully grew the region by 50% in the first 3 months.  Using my relationship building skills I quickly garnered new accounts and reestablished business relationships with non-active accounts.  I also introduced new order processing and sales tools to this young, startup business pulling directly from my past experience with Burton and K2.  

Regional Sales Manager - Western Washington

In 2014 I moved into an in-house role with Burton which included selling and managing all categories and brands under the Burton umbrella for Washington and Idaho.  This included hardgoods, technical outerwear, apparel, Anon goggles and helmets and Analog outerwear.  In this role I managed a team of 3 reps and successfully developed sell-in, sell-through and marketing plans for all accounts.  

Specialty and Resorts Sales Rep

The Sales Asylum was a Seattle based sales agency representing Burton Snowboards, Anon, Analog, Gravis, Forum, Special Blend, Foursquare, Freewaters, Frends, Mizu, Hitcase, JVC and XSories. 

-Represented Forum Snowboards, Foursquare and Special Blend Outerwear in WA, OR, AK and ID through 8/2012 for specialty, national and E-comm stores.  
-Represented Burton HG's and rental, Anon Optics, Mizu, Hitcase and JVC in Washington and Idaho through 6/2014 for specialty, national and E-comm stores.



Sales Rep

At K2, I was the Eastern region customer service representative for Ride Snowboards, Line Skis, Full Tilt Boots, ZOOT multi-sport apparel and Tubbs and Atlas Snowshoes.  I worked directly with retailers, customers, sales representatives and the inside sales and marketing teams to provide best-in-class service and ensure the timely entry and delivery of all prebook and reorder business.

I was welcomed to the legendary Snocon team after moving to Seattle in hopes of continuing my career progression in the snowsports industry.  My duties at Snocon included training a staff of 15-20 employees, opening and closing the store and creating a unique, welcoming and all-inclusive shopping experience for our customers.

Nestor's was my first taste of working in the snowsports industry and was the catalyst for my move to the PNW in hopes of expanding my experience in the industry.  I started as a salesman in their Snowboard department and eventually progressed into managing and buying for the department.

In the summer of 2005 I took a job at Cycledrome while I waited for the winter season at Nestor's to arrive.  Cycledrome was a long-time sponsor of my junior cycling team and through the years supported my endeavors with the US Junior National Cycling team.  My experience on the bike and newfound sales skills allowed me to become an excellent source of knowledge for hardcore racers, enthusiasts and families.
