* Pieps GmbH (Lebring Austria) - 8 MEUR ($10.5MM) - October 2012

Perform financial analysis and forecasting of acquisition targets: evaluation models, financial statements, cash flows, performance drivers and debt/working capital needs and sensitivity analysis.

Post acquisition integration activities include:

* ERP migration of Gregory Mountain Products to BD North America systems.
* Project manager responsible for moving POC USA operations to BD North America headquarters in SLC. Worked with multi-functional teams based in the USA and Sweden. 
* Project manager responsible for ERP migration of Pieps GmbH ERP system (SAP R/3) to Black Diamond European systems. Project was based in Austria and Involved working with multi-functional teams in Austria, Switzerland, and USA.

Mergers, Acquisitions, and Integration

Responsible for global support and administration of ERP platform (MS Dynamics NAV, a.k.a. Navision), including instances in the USA, Switzerland and China. 

Primary interface with business users for requirement gathering, development and testing of new functionality (NAV): accounting, sales, inventory, manufacturing, warehousing, costing, purchasing, EDI, e-commerce and point-of-sale.

System/Business Analyst

Developed and managed field test program including day-to-day logistics, data collection, report presentation, tester 'management' and field testing of rock/ice climbing and skiing equipment.

Field Test Coordinator

Designed process automation tools using MS Access, Excel and VBA for processing of G/L accounting entries related to warehouse inventory transfers. This reduced inventory shrinkage and improved associate productivity.
