•	Completing Financial Audits for a restaurant franchiser.
•	Traveling to the stores on a weekly basis to check company’s financial procedures, food and liquor inventory, as well as Human Resources Training compliances.
•	Aided the Human Resources to ensure the stores comply with I-9’s and proper state posters.
•	Reviewed stores’ discounts, voids, inventory, pullbacks, and gift cards to ensure there is no fraudulent activity and/or aid a store with any opportunity for improvement.

Auditor

•	In charge of AP, AR, Bank Statement Reconciliations, General Ledger, Credit Cards Reconciliations, and Cash Management.
•	Responsible for communicating with the billing department to handle any billing errors and collecting the necessary backup before handling any credit/debit memos to the supervisor for review
•	In charge of cash management to meet the requirements for AP as well as weekly payroll roster
