• Manage all aspects of the print production process (budget, schedule and quality) from receipt of digital files       through project completion
• Communicated regularly with Director of Print Production to ensure client deliverables are being met and team was adhering to agency policies
• Serve as Liaison between Sales dept. and Client
• Contributed new ideas and solutions to Production and Creative departments
• Recognize and anticipate potential production issues as early in process as possible, communicate early and effectively with team, and develop contingency plan
• Obtain estimates (observing triple-bidding process as appropriate) through a refined RFQ process; review and negotiate bids 
• Effectively sourced and secured vendors based on quality, cost, service and turnaround time; reviewed vendor performance on a project-by-project basis
• Issued Purchase Orders with complete and clear specification and instructions to appropriate vendors
• Worked closely with suppliers to determine specifications and production techniques as well as kept abreast of latest industry trends; troubleshoot any issues and offer creative solutions
• Attended press checks to insure a quality product is delivered on time and within budget
• Followed proper billing procedures; reconcile invoices and made sure that all costs were within budget and substantiated

Print Producer

• Managed major client workload including planning of jobs from inception through to final delivery
• Excellent at handling inbound and outbound calls to customers and multitasking while communicating with client
• Served as Liaison between Sales dept. and Clientele
• Served as Liaison to Sales, Premedia and Department managers throughout each project.
