Responsible for developing and growing the online business. Focusing on driving productive traffic to the website and for delivering an exceptional customer shopping experience. Owns channel strategies and investments, user experience, testing, personalization efforts, consumer analytics, operations, and vendor relationships. Responsibilities:
- Drive productive traffic: Drive improvements in SEM, SEO, display advertising, marketplace advertising, affiliate programs, site search, product recommendations and personalization. Work with leadership to set and achieve customer investment strategies. Identify process improvements and new tools that will increase efficiency and productivity. Utilize web analytics and sales data to drive revenue and profit.
- Site operations: Lead and serve as hub of communication for all cross-functional partners related to ecommerce and marketplace selling. Identify and lead initiatives to productively drive traffic and revenue. Track all ecommerce operational metrics and communicate results and opportunities to senior management and internal partners. Develop business cases and functional requirements for all key projects.
- Online content management: Bring the brand strategy to life in the online environment across desktop and mobile platforms and in third party marketplaces. Oversee the activation of product content to the website. Optimize site conversion in partnership with Brand Marketing and Merchandising partners. Create a consumer-friendly merchandising strategy on the site consistent with and delivering marketing and promotional strategies. Set and implement quality standards on user experience. Communicate site merchandising strategies to all cross-functional partners.
- Manage all aspects of web analytics related to eCommerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners.

Position Overview:
Overseeing all aspects of GUNNAR's website, eCommerce store, and digital marketing channels. Develop and implement a multi-channel digital strategy to drive brand awareness, revenue, and sustainable growth. Working across various digital marketing channels, overseeing web development timelines, communicating with and managing agency relationships, delivering on sales goals, managing KPIs, and forecasting.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
I. Digital Marketing & Communications: 
- Responsible for managing our global digital marketing strategy; collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement an annual integrated
marketing plan.
- Coordinate with agency partners to manage digital programs, including: Web Development, PPC, SEO, Email, and Affiliate Marketing.
- Collaborate with and support partner departments including: sales, finance, and
supply chain to forecast demand and establish go-forward revenue
commitments.
- Guide international partners toward a cohesive digital strategy across all regions.
- Manage reporting, data analysis, and ongoing optimization for all digital
channels/programs.
- Provide a constant flow of new ideas and insight to fuel digital marketing and
ecommerce.
II. Web & eCommerce:
- Responsible for the functionality and health of our website and ecommerce.
- Align digital content with approved messaging and creative to align with brand
guidelines.
- Guide and implement a short and long-term website roadmap; advance use of
innovative technologies including “Virtual Try-On” feature.

III. Customer Reviews / Testimonials
- Collaborate with Customer Care Team to enhance our customer review program
across our website and corresponding marketing channels (ex: Facebook).
- Help create a long-term plan to improve Customer Reviews.
- Guide team members and partners toward customer-centric thinking.

Responsibilities:
Develop, plan and execute marketing strategies that contribute to growing online sales and build a customer base
Drive execution of e-commerce marketing initiatives including email& social media campaigns, marketplace activity and ad hoc projects for Smarthome and Insteon

Communicate with platform Account Manager and Customer Service to accurately describe, troubleshoot and resolve issues
Assist in maintenance of product listings and marketing strategies for 3rd party online marketplaces, notably Amazon Seller Central & Vendor Central

Senior Ecommerce Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager

Primary Responsibilities

1. Manage various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls to action and content used in email sends
2. Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits etc)
3. Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.
4. Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A?B tests and promotions that succeed through email
5. Create and execute email campaigns within marketing automation software
6. Support lead generation and nurturing programs, lead scoring, and progressive profiling initiatives
7. Build tests and deploy email campaigns, verifying copy, layout, links, and dynamic content as well as assessing and addressing any spam risks
8. Support continuous monitoring, analysis and campaign tuning to maximize ROI
9. Optimize email Performance by supporting the collection, analyzing and reporting of findings
10. Ensure emails render properly in multiple desktop and mobile browsers
11. Identify audience segmentation best practices for efficient campaign targeting
12. Support the daily operations of the marketing team
13. Manage and report on all digital advertising daily.

Digital Marketing Specialist

I am responsible for implementing and maintaining marketing strategies with a resourceful approach to support the Brain Fit Life, MindWorks, Tana Amen and other Amen Clinics, Inc. social media properties using new media tools to engage, build and retain vibrant online communities. I report directly to the Director of Communication with research, data analysis, online social network management, social advertising, promotional activities, timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Communication to develop, manage and execute a cohesive, social media program for the Amen Clinic Inc. brands; to stimulate and accelerate website traffic, generate buzz, increase brand awareness, and help grow organic search rankings.
• Establish a content strategy and process to harvest relatable, high-quality, brand compliant original content from Dr. Daniel Amen, Tana Amen and other Amen expert faculty.
• Create compelling content that captures new followers and resonates consistently with brand message and mission.
• Build persuasive online campaigns and community challenges that generate dynamic conversations with our prospects, clients and influencers.
• Leverage analytics tools and SEO linking effectively to grow search rankings.
• Engage Director to resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in the community to evade any reputation management issues.
• Assess and reports, on a weekly and monthly basis, the effectiveness of all social media efforts.
