John Todd: Life Specialist

As the Marketing Coordinator, Jaclyn is responsible for developing and executing the marketing plan that promotes the brand of the John Todd team. She directs all social media initiatives, client loyalty programs, client events and insures that John’s clients have a tailored and unique experience. She prospects, bringing John new leads and cultivating new clients. She coordinates John’s calendar and ensures that strong relationships with his existing clients is maintained.

Marketing Coordinator

-Assisted with the development and execution of the HapiFish Restaurant Launch
-Developed, maintained and managed all social media accounts, focusing on Facebook, --Twitter and FourSquare, to effectively portray the HapiFish Brand
-Managed FourSquare campaigns 
-Worked closely with DiscoverSD, living social and Groupon to promote certain products and events 
-Created marketing content and supervised the production and implementation of all marketing materials including flyers, signage, e-blasts, invitations, banner ads and print ads for local online sites and local papers
-Generated, maintained and managed website content and provided ongoing updates
-Lead and executed company blog
-Researched local events in the community and ensured HapiFish’s involvement. 
-Created, delivered and tracked all press releases 
-Monitored reviewer websites: yelp, urban spoon and blogs, and responded    appropriately
-Established media relationships and secured media coverage for events
-Coordinated with outside vendors and built partnerships to strengthen brand awareness and brand loyalty. 
-Launched company on all major online directories
-Planned, coordinated and executed all special events, shaping a strong community presence
-Established processes for organization of customers’ information
-Researched competition and developed competitive marketing tactics 
-Wrote memos to HapiFish staff informing them on operations, promotions and
keeping them motivated to up-sell.

-Coordinated all of the Media and Advertising activities - from basic brochure creation and maintenance, right through to producing major campaigns for Nationwide Capital sponsored events.
-Built online reputation through the use of social media channels: Facebook, LinkedIn
