I am a professional handbag and accessories designer with experience in conceptualizing and accurately sketching multiple silhouette ideas for target customers, interpreting fashion vision and trends into successful product lines, extensive leather and material knowledge, and industry-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Until recently, I was an assistant handbag and product designer at Airtex Design Group. In this role I designed handbags, diaper bags and small accessories for Mark & Graham, Pottery Barn Kids, and Hollywood Fashion Secrets, as well as children's bedsheets for Select Comfort and dog beds for Shinola. Previous handbag experience includes working directly under the CEO of Alexis Hudson, Inc., and continuing under her mentorship at Porte Lux, designing for customers Minnetonka Moccasins and Kis Fashions. I'm incredibly passionate about my work and truly enjoy designing. I'm highly motivated, capable of working both individually and within teams, detail-oriented and exceptionally organized (seriously, I would have to say organization is one of my biggest strengths - it's essential for me!). I have a Bachelors degree from Minneapolis College of Art and Design and I studied abroad for a semester in England at London College of Communication. I’m currently pursuing new opportunities and can be reached through this profile.
