I am a very motivated individual with goals set out for myself. I persevere through all my endeavors regardless of the obstacles that lay before me and strive for excellence in everything that I do. Although I have not yet found an organization that I hope to have longevity in, my ultimate objective is to obtain as much experience so possible so I could apply it to any and every job opportunity in my future. 

Collectively, I have 5 years of experience in Mortgage Lending with Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America and Prospect Mortgage and over 10 years experience of Customer Service, however, I have a passion for Corporate and Leisure Event Planning and Coordination. I initially started my career as an Event Planner at the age of 18 at the Boys and Girls Club and have since reemerged into the field in 2014.

I am currently in between employment and I am hoping to find an opportunity soon. I have the talent and drive to perform well wherever I may go. I am a quick learner, self-sufficient and a go-getter. I hope to find a company who believes in me and is willing to invest as much into my future as I hope to invest in them.

-	Managed project budgets, seasonal staff, event reconciliation and the daily operations and implementation of all shuttles.
-	Managed transportation pre and post logistical elements, on-site and post-reporting, reviewed and employed the program schedule.

-	Interfaced and oversaw all on-site staff, vendors and convention center staff.
-	Oversaw 7-12 shuttles conventions per year of varying complexity and traveled approximately 50% a year.

-	Create and manage incentive programs for approx. 100 employees.

-	Assist department managers by creating & running meeting activities.

Workout Specialist Lead
-	Attended court mandated telephonic mediations with borrowers and their  attorneys to negotiate pre-foreclosure workout options
-	Reviewed loan history, financial information as well as pulled credit history to determine reason for default and imminent hardship.
-	Updated borrower’s financial information and ran an analysis to qualify the borrower for retention options.
-	Underwrote the loan modifications
