My professional career has taken me in many different directions. While I am an Industrial Designer by nature, my professional life has evolved into a multifaceted role where I am responsible for much more than the design and aesthetics of a product. If I am asked to do something, even if I don't know how to do it, I learn how to do it, and I get it done. Since leaving school, I've taught myself many skills and studied different disciplines to accommodate work that needs to be done. My work at Crosley Brands (Crosley Radio & Crosley Furniture) as the sole industrial designer has provided me with some invaluable experience and has allowed me to fully immerse in the entire design process from concept all the way through to overseas manufacturing. I've had to wear many different hats to accommodate the work in this position from animating video to sourcing and creating engineered fixes for QC issues. While I have learned a lot working at Crosley, I am ready to pursue a field of work that is of more interest to me, and that fits my lifestyle better.
