I completed a year as an intern in Cartegraph's marketing department and my duties included copywriting, editing, proofreading, and technical writing.

Writing blogs, articles, press releases, white papers, and copy for promotional materials as well as internal content; creating, reviewing, and inputting content for technical and support documentation; assisting in maintaining and updating SEO content for www.cartegraph.com; assisting in the development of advertising copy for email campaigns;  interviewing clients for background information on customer success stories and press releases; researching and contacting media outlets in metropolitan areas; and tracking performance of daily tasks and objectives.

Marketing Intern

-Recreational Gymnastics Coach for Children ages 5-13

-Camp Supervisor for Summer/Holiday Camps

-Competitive Team Coach for children ages 4-15

-Facilities Supervisor: Responsible for: Safety Inspection, Maintenance, Upkeep of Equipment, Ordering Supplies, Testing Emergency Systems, and Janitorial Responsibilities.

-Birthday Party Lead-Hosted Birthday Parties at the Gym for Kids on Weekends

-Gymmie Kidz Coach-Responsible for working with mentally handicapped children to offer them the opportunity to participate in Gymnastics.

-Closing Manager-Responsible for checking out books at the end of the day, cleaning the gym at the end of the day, shutting off lights/air conditioning, and locking up the Gym.

-Power Tumbling Coach-Responsible for teaching children from ages 4 and up to perform cartwheels, round-offs, back handsprings, back tucks, etc. Coach is responsible for teaching athletes a solid and safe foundation.

-Project Manager for Special Events: Responsible for decoration and promotion of upcoming events, as well as creating the structure of and activities for the event; ordering food, making games, recruiting enough staff, buying prizes, etc.

-Rotation Designer: Responsible for creating the layout of how classes will make use of the gym during the workday to avoid clashing with one another. It also requires proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel in order to create templates and schedules.
