The focus of my work is to elevate, enhance and challenge the customer experience whilst ensuring stores achieve their maximum potential: through store design, development and visual merchandising. With over 10 years of experience, strong operational skills and a hands on approach have led my visual creativity with the result being exceptional and memorable retail experiences for countless stores across 25 countries in 5 continents. I have management experience of teams up to 30 people in various positions; Corporate Staff, Area Visual Managers, In-Store VMs and Project Managers (in-house and remote) alongside managing Freelancers, General Contractors and external Suppliers / Manufacturers - across multiple brands, countries and languages. I have held fiscal responsibility for $MM project and department budgets alongside driving revenue and reducing costs by implementing effective Store Design and Visual Merchandising strategies. I have worked with all aspects of Retail Design including Prototypes, Showrooms, Trade-Shows, Pop-Up Shops, Conferences and New Store Openings / Refurbishments. I have led the concept, design and direction of Store Design, Window Campaigns, Visual Merchandising and In-Store experience across multiple brands whilst introducing new technologies into the retail environment and managing the selection of In-Store Marketing and Music.
