Eleven years of retail experience include 5 years of management, merchandising, and buying positions with many responsibilities and  duties including but not limited to excellent customer service on all levels (face to face, phone orders, e-commerce), understanding the needs of each customer as an individual and ensuring they have a positive experience in-store, managing stock rooms with high volume and limited space as well as inventory control (cycle counts), shipping/receiving for multiple store locations in very high volume, training new employees and always showing staff efficient ways to communicate with customers as well as keeping their product knowledge up to date, and opening and closing new stores. All in a time and cost efficient manner. I am also proficient in many POS systems including Lightspeed and Retail Pro, as well as most shipping interfaces. Having to regularly lift boxes/ push handcarts of product weighing over 100 pounds has always been a part of my job and never an issue.

?Assistant Manager at both of Supra’s  Flagship SoHo and Brooklyn locations. I was responsible for many things including accounting for constant freight shipments throughout the week, shipping old product back to our warehouse in LA, packing and shipping all e-commerce orders in a timely fashion, reporting all information back to corporate via email, and organizing the stockroom to be proficient as possible.
- I also spent half of my time on the sales floor especially during busy seasons. Selling product in fast paced environments and handling multiple customers at once when necessary, but also ensuring every customer is treated with respect and leaves having had a positive experience.
