Sample/Sales Cordinator

I have been in the apparel and the lifestyle brand business for 6+ years.  My family has been in it for 30 years.  

I know what it takes to make it these days in the apparel business starting with the customer service and then building and sustaining the relationships once they are established.



Managed and organized samples.  Ensured all samples, line sheets and products were delivered to accounts, sales reps, trade shows and photo shoots.  Maintained contacts in both retail and wholesale divisions.  Responsible for researching trends and consumer needs.

•	Customer service including assisting with clothing choices, sizes and styling on the floor in a friendly and efficient manner
•	Ensuring personal and team sales goals were met daily, weekly, monthly and yearly
•	Handling the register including opening and closing all cash, credit card sales plus refunds, exchanges and banking requirements
•	Stock management - restocking sizes from the stockroom, assisting with inventory,         ordering new stock and loss prevention
•	Assisted with window displays and all in store merchandising
•	Received employee of the month award on multiple occasions
