• Assist Data Validation Team with CMS Medicare audits
• Assist Cyber Security team in releasing all fax, email, and commercial mail requests to
providers
• Review medical records to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Work in a timely manner to complete daily requests

Project Coordinator

• Ensure fully executed proposals, contract, COI, Pre-lim, design plans and all other project
documentation is signed and in respective project folder
• Create and build job folders/packages for project supervisors
• Keep track of department field technician’s time cards and submit to payroll
• Responsible for generating invoices when project is ready to be billed
• Maintain/Update project management and accounting software
• Request certificate of insurance for all jobs over $5k
• Request and record all preliminary notices (20 day prelim)
• Book all necessary travel accommodations for out of state projects

• Support sales manager and project managers with awarded projects
• Track and manage assigned solar projects and installs and update CRM
• Create weekly/daily project schedule and dispatch technicians to sites
• Scheduling meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Schedule project inspections
• Apply and submit all necessary permits and paperwork to utility companies, cities and/or
counties
• Responsible for keeping client up to date with project status
• Responsible for invoicing manufacturers once project is complete and inspected

• Responsible for keeping track of assigned account’s projects and ensuring completion
• Answering customer inquiries via phone and e-mail for assigned projects
• Communicate with engineering and logistics to solve any project delays
• Verify submitted PO and order entry system pricing matches before project is released
• Data entry and generating daily and monthly budget and status reports
• Supporting regional Sales Rep set up future projects to be awarded
• Communicate with dealers to confirm project status and completion

Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to CEO and VP with daily schedules and company
operations
• Provide administrative support to HR and Accounting Department Managers
• Coordinate department and company-wide events
• Compile reports and spreadsheets pertaining to specific workforce project budgets
• Process client invoices (Payables and Receivable)
• Process temporary employee background checks, I9 form, time cards and payroll
• Front Office Receptionist- welcome walk-in clients and transfer incoming phone calls to
correct party

Administrative Assistant

• Manage associate’s weekly and daily break/lunch schedules
• Maintain list of supplies and inventory as needed
• Determine daily/monthly sale goals for associates to reach
• Coach and train associates to provide exemplary customer service
