•	Monitor Active Alarms and notify proper Responsible via
Email, or phone calls.
•	Use Immx software, to monitor live Video Camera Accounts
•	Dispatch proper Emergency Personal in a very timely manner.
•	Assist Alarm dealers in entering information to accounts via phone.
•	Limit the hold time on phone calls, by effectively answer each call.
•	Work alongside with Supervisor on daily office duties

•	Respond to commercial and residential alarms
•	Dispatch Fire, Police, EMS and Guard Personnel  
And follow protocol based on agency procedures
•	Transfer callers to appropriate departments 
•	Document results in database 
•	Follow up with customers to ensure professional
