Direct in-house graphics department in all marketing design for all swag give-aways, digital and print collateral.  

•       Review the results of analytics KPR and KPI’s including sales, email, social media and mobile marketing response to determine profitability and make changes to future programs and strategies as needed. 

•	Responsible for all aspects of event strategizing and on-site management, scheduling and executing full campaign launches and implementing marketing and promotions programs from concept to rollout.

•       Event site research and designated marketing area selection, build and develop vendor relationships, hiring of ambassador and event staffing, coordinate food and beverage menu, staging and av design, expert in utilizing email marketing, guest registration and database management software.

Vice President of Operations and Marketing

Hired as a consultant to create experiential events and promotions that engaged current gamers and capture new users to Buzztime Poker. Designed and rolled out a poker tournament to be executed and hosted in over 4000 venues, utilizing the Buzztime Entertainment gaming system. Monitored the campaign to ensure that it ran smoothly and measured all results, reviewed costs against the original campaign budgets and estimated the return on the campaign in terms of sales, increased registration, customer engagement and brand awareness.

•	Worked closely with other members of the marketing team to determine the role for promotions in the company’s overall strategy. Developed detailed plans for live events and promotions in line with the marketing strategy and analyzed the target audience to determine the type of promotion and event that would be most effective.
 
•	Identified campaign costs and allocate budgets to each program, established a calendar of event schedules, placed orders for the promotional items and campaign material production, responsible for distribution and placement of campaign materials to meet launch dates.  

•	Worked with graphic design team to develop the creative theme for the campaign, briefed the marketing and sales teams on the campaign objectives, promotions and scheduled events. 

•	Solicited and attained sponsorships for top prizes and giveaways, hired and developed team of brand ambassadors to engage with audience members and customers, promoting Buzztime gaming and inviting them to visit and add Buzztime social media sites for future calendar events and promotions.

National Promotions/Events Manager

Recruited to help clothing company break into highly saturated energy drink market with a brand new product. Accountable for recreating and building the brand, generating awareness, controlled and leveraged annual marketing budget of 200K to best effect. Strategies included social media marketing, sponsorships, partnerships, promotional giveaways, sample programs, street team and guerilla marketing tactics. Led and managed a team of 16 full-time marketers and 40+ brand ambassadors nationwide and managed fleet of promotional vehicles.

•	Played key role in helping the company reach $1M in revenues within a year. Collaborated with distributors and executive leadership to develop national quarterly marketing and promotions calendar, incorporating in-store promotions, print, radio, television, social media, trade conventions and large-scale community events.

•	 Hired and built full-time street team, social media team and part-time event-based brand ambassadors leveraging experiential marketing to implement product-sampling programs and product branding events.

•	Translated company’s brand for new market, wrote proposals and securing sponsorship collaborations, helped in developing and creating all marketing and collateral materials including, traditional and digital signage, brochures, posters, table tents, clings, banners, sales books and POS. Speaker and presenter at launches, product presentations and showcases to vendors, distributors, corporate partners and tradeshows.

•	Built large digital community and email database of over 20K, while developing strong relationships with key corporate partners (such as Wal-Mart, 7-11, Kroger and Budweiser) and a national network of distributors.

National Marketing/Event Director

Hired to create and manage events and promotions to help build awareness and branding for radio station that had recently changed music formats. Managed fleet of vehicles, designed and scheduled promotions (On-site and On-air), scripted commercials, negotiated strategic alliances, sponsorships and managed street promotion teams. Worked closely with program and music directors and created quarterly promotional calendar used by sales team to drive revenue. Designed and executed sports-related events and promotions for ESPN Radio.

•	Played key role in driving ratings increase from .6 to 2.0 in less than a year, a particularly impressive achievement since the format switch forced the station to attract a completely different audience.

•	Successfully marketed the stations in 2 languages and 2 countries, translating all messages and marketing for each audience. Did voice-over in 2 languages for on-air commercials and hosted on-site events and concerts.

•	Built promotions department from scratch and established strong relationships with US advertisers, leveraging extensive network of contacts to secure advertising and sponsorships for the fledgling station.

•	Devised corporate-focused promotional strategy that was a key to boosting advertising sales and ratings.

Promotions/Event Director

Recruited audience members across the US for a variety of shows and events including MTV Beach House, TRL, SNMW and MTV Movie Awards. Traveled the country, used guerilla street team and viral marketing strategies to generate buzz, conducted interviews, assessed potential audience members and worked closely with producers directors and stage managers for production of themed shows and skits with celebrity guest hosts.
