I create and lead teams.  Cultivating a team mentality, and motivating these teams with energy and passion to create "business wins".  I strive to involve each team member in the process so that we cultivate ownership of our vision within each team member.  

Throughout my career I have primarily focused on market driven product development, communication and business development strategies and execution.  I am known for my enthusiasm building relationships, businesses and brands in order to achieve our business goals.  I have strong B2C and B2B experience and a talent for focusing product development efforts on emerging market needs and trends. 

I have been a SCUBA instructor, ski instructor and a kayak guide, along with a five year stint as director of marketing and product development with Johnson Outdoors, and would love to once again reunite my personal passion for outdoor adventures with my career. 

I have amassed a record of proven leadership through team building, applying a creative and innovative mindset to problem solving, strategic planning, partnership building and effective in-market communication.

Strategic specialist, with experience developing business plans, sales programs and marketing plans.  I leverage my experience and business acumen to develop and launch products and expand markets for clients.  My ability to understand an end user's need state is invaluable when creating new products, designing the user experience and creating new business opportunities.  I am open to long and short term opportunities to assist an organization in achieving their goals.

I along with the founders, am building the business and products in this high potential software venture.  R&B soft is a computational Intelligence think tank, specializing in bringing breakthroughs in Big Data Analysis, AI, Optimization, Predictive Analysis, and Machine Learning to address real world issues.  We have developed software products that address needs in fields as varied as Healthcare Business Management and International Political Decision Support.
