• Conduct in depth interviews with candidates both in-house and by telephone to determine skills, knowledge, interest, market value, and availability 
• Filter through and review completed resumes and evaluate candidate’s work history, education and training, job skills, desired salary, and personal qualifications against open requirements 
• Most notable placement in 2014: Director of Accounting, North America at a high-end retail company with base pay of $175k

•	Managed multiple clients across various industries for translation projects, technology demos and Digital Forensics 
•	Printed, assembled and mailed 2,000 prospecting marketing pieces per month targeting Legal, Marketing, and HR companies
•	Key clients: New Balance, Staples, and Bose
